The Downtown Boxing Club is open Monday-Thursday from 4:30-6:00 p.m. It is located in the heart of Downtown Omaha at 306 South 24th St. between Farnam and Harney streets. There are no fees, but only individuals who want to compete in amateur boxing can work out and be coached at the gym.

* Parents who want to stay for practices are not allowed to coach.
* Participants need handwraps (Can be purchased at sports stores.)
* When the coaches decide you are ready to spar you will need a mouthpiece.
* To compete you must be registered with USA Boxing. This involves a bit of paper work and $40.00
* To box you must train, if you are not going to train, you are not going to box for Downtown.
